What happens at a ‘Dianes Love Partys’ Party?

You will be provided with Invitations and pre-party order forms for guests who would like to order but cannot make it to you party.

For hosting a party you receive:-

· A free gift ( your choice of 3 items)

· A Item at 25%* off the item of your choice

· 10% of the total of your guests sales in shopping dollars

There is NO minimum amount of sales that must be achieve like other party plans to receive these benefits. All we ask is there is a minimum of 4 people at your party! Remember to let guests know if it is alright to bring a friend with them. The more sales you achieve the more spending dollars you receive! Also guests should bring enough cash to place a 10% deposit on their orders. Please see below for all terms and conditions of ordering at a party.

You set a date for your party payments to be in to you by. Each guest that places an order is given a payment envelope with their balance and the payment date for easy remembering. You as the host shall receive in the mail a summary sheet of all guests who placed orders and their totals only (no details of items ordered are given). This is for easy reference on which guests should get their payments to you.

Once all payments are received you can deposit into the A/C details given or you can contact Dianes Love Partys to arrange a pickup of payments. Once paid for all orders are collated and items ordered. Your party order should arrive in about 7 days, but please allow 14 days. Dianes Love Partys will contact you once your party order is ready to be delivered. All orders are individually wrapped and clearly marked with guest’s names to allow for easy distribution.

Guests do have the option of individual home delivery, paying by PayPal or Paymate and for early payment and delivery.

Party Order Terms & Conditions

* Deposits of 10% minimum) are required for all orders. (cc details in lieu accepted) Cancellation notice: you may cancel this transaction at any time

* Once orders are fully paid they are final and legally binding.
* 10 days after the party, the transaction becomes legally binding.
* If you encounter difficulties in meeting the agreed payment date
please contact your host or Dianes Love Partys direct
* Please contact Dianes Love Partys for details on cheque payments.
* Credit Card details can be given for payment at a party or until
2 days before due date for party ONLY (4 days for payment by cheques)
* Paymate is a on line credit card payment facility - user fees will
be added to order total at time of processing.
* If your party payment is not received at the time of all other payments
your order is considered cancelled, and your deposit is non-refundable.

* Dianes Love Partys does not open packages for inspection unless stated,
this is so you can be sure you are only receiving new products
(unless otherwise agreed) (Rack items excluded).
* Please note delivery times quoted are subject to change .
* Standard return time frames apply for damaged, faulty or dead
on arrival items. Please contact Diane as soon as problem becomes
Evident to avoid disappointment.
* NO stock will be ordered until the whole party payment is received by Dianes Love Partys.
* Non payment of balance of order - deposit is forfeited unless order is cancelled as per notice.
* Postage rates are subject to location and weight of orders.
* Filled orders not delivered after by 30 days by fault of the customer only shall be considered Cancelled and all items and paid monies forfeited.
* PayPal payments not received by due date will cancel your order. ( Cash deposits required)
