If upon receipt the item you ordered is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect; we will replace it as long as you inform us (Contact information below) within 7 days after the day of receipt. Goods must be returned in packaging and unused to the address below.

We strongly recommend using current measurements when ordering Lingerie, and any items ordered to personal specifications, as they can only be returned if faulty. We draw your attention to the personal nature of many of the items we supply, and the related issues of contamination and risks to health and safety if these items were to be returned after being opened or used. 

It is your responsibility to take care of any goods in your possession that you intend to return. 

We will not exchange items if you receive the item in a different colour as displayed. Any colour options will be given if able to.
